Regional Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager:
* Technical degrees, BS or higher in Optics, Physics with current knowledge of photonics, optics and optical devices
* Minimum 5 years of high level sales and technical/engineering in optical components industry
* Proven ability to cultivate and develop new markets
* Must have strong consultative customer sales and technical support skills
* Must be proactive and possess strong account management, presentation and negotiation skills

Optical / Laser Engineer / Senior Optical Engineer
* BS, MS or PhD in Optics, Physics or Electrical Engineering is required
* Excellent knowledge of optics and lasers
* Outstanding hands-on optical lab skills
* Excellent communications and project management skills
* Ability to do modeling in at least one mainstream software tool (e.g. ZEMAX)
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent opto-mechanical design capabilities
* Hands on electronics and/or electrical device design and testing experience
* Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment
